We are not lawyers and will not give legal advise, however the owner of this business is a Paralegal which would prefer mediation vs court proceedings if any issues should arise which our insurance could not cover.
Refund Policy
Clients book and pay on the website or in person and once services are rendered being as to the nature of the service industry that there would be no refunds upon completion of services, unless services where paid in advance, as to which then will constitute full refund of un-serviced sessions.
What to include in the Refund Policy
If you choose to pay in advance then request a refund for future services, it's advised to request for funds before your next cleaning session. Full refund will be returned within 48 business day hours.
